摘要：

The article analyzes the results of the study of subject virtual community of foreign countries, highlighted two aspects of communication in virtual community-social and technological, its components: strategy, goals, people, software environment, place, action and cooperation, technical and technological features, refined conceptual model of virtual community, defined the problem of virtual communities as a willingness to share knowledge with other members, four types of motivation collaboration in the community that we should know for collaboration in the community.
