摘要
The resolution characteristics of in-line holographic imaging systems for application to velocity field measurement in turbulent and other vortical flows has been investigated experimentally. It is shown that the diameter of seed particles strongly influences the maximum size of the test volume that can be used as well as the spatial resolution of the measurement. Velocity measurements in a vortex ring now using a two-axis holographic recording system are reported. The spatial resolution of this system is approximately 1 mm.
