摘要
Thanks to the information and communications technologies (ICT), there has been a rise in the teaching of virtual courses and modules at University through virtual learning platforms. Consequently, the teacher's role has changed from that of traditional learning methods, becoming now a guide to the developed educational contents in the learning process of students. However, the possibilities offered by ICT at present for the teaching of translation are beyond virtual learning platforms. Therefore, the aim of this study is to introduce the concept of Web 2.0 and describe its benefits to the didactics of translation. Furthermore, it presents proposals for the implementation of Web 2.0 in the translation classroom, such as the use of social bookmarking to share resources among teachers and students or the creation of screencasts as an educational aid for the teaching of Translation Technology. Finally, the study concludes with a reflection on the teachers' adaptation to new technologies and the benefits of Web 2.0 compared to virtual learning platforms.
