摘要：

As one of the important step to solve the environment pollution problems, Chinese Government pays much attention to the development of new energy vehicle industries. However, the situation is not satisfied. The paper studied the current situation and efficiency of new energy vehicle in Chinese market. We find that Chinese consumers are not ready to accept the new energy vehicles because of their high price, shortage of infrastructural and supporting policies. On the other hand, the domestic new energy vehicle manufactures still need to improve their new energy vehicles' technical efficiency in order to compete with the other traditional gasoline vehicles.
