摘要
The kinetics of hydrolysis of cefoperazone (1) in aqueous solution at 313, 323, 333 and 343 K over the pH-region 0.46 to 12.78 has been investigated. The decomposition was investigated by UV spectrophotometry. At the pH range from 0.46 to 12.78, hydrolysis of 1 consists of hydrolysis of H2P molecules catalyzed by hydrogen ions, spontaneous hydrolysis of H2P, HP-and P2- molecules, and hydrolysis of P2- molecules catalyzed by hydroxide ions. Relationships between thermodynamic parameters are described by the equations: DELTAH(double dagger) = 102.5 . DELTAS(double dagger) + 0.4782 and E(a) = R . 3.978 . In A - 12.26.
