Research in educational policies and their evolution in Postgraduate programs in Brazil: Synthesis of a collective journey

摘要
This study presents the synthesis of a research on academic studies on educational policies in Brazil, from 2000 to 2010. The research's object were Doctorate theses and Master dissertations in 21 graduate programs in education with a five or higher score in the triennial evaluation by Coordenacao de Pessoal de Nivel Superior (CAPES), consolidated in 2009. The database generated by the research enabled an overview of the national production on educational policies, revealing potential progress and gaps, as well as evidencing possibilities for innovative research on the area's constitution.
