摘要
Social relationships and respect for authority characterize Latin American management model. These characteristics themselves rest on work values that suggest an appropriate cultural frame for understanding how Latin American organizations manage human resources. This article explores Human Resources Management development within this cultural framework focusing on practices such as staffing and promotion, training and development, rewards and recognitions, work systems, communication, and labor relations, and their influence upon organizational performance in Latin America.
