WELFARE STATE

In this article, he appears with academic ends, the historical context and the current situation of the Welfare state, so much in Europe, USA and repercussions in Latin America; with the aim to establish parameters of reference before the current crisis and probable financial depression, worldwide. All the social indicators show that in the last twenty years, the quality of life and the social well-being have deteriorated of form generalized in the whole world, affecting so much to industrialized countries, since underdeveloped, product between other factors, of the globalization; creating a world of winners and losers, some few ones towards the rapid way of the prosperity and the immense majority condemned to a life of misery and desperation. Before such a situation, it costs a sorrow to wonder if we are before the crisis of the Welfare state, market economy or buddies' capitalism and dominant classes. Of what if we can be sure, is that a new ghost crosses Europe, which threatens to the world included with a catastrophe of unsuspected dimensions; of the necessary measurements not be taking to the immediate thing.
