摘要
The professionalization of teachers is a big impact on education. To perform ethically and quality teaching requires a number of conditions are not comparable with those of other professions. Hence it is required that allows the teacher professionalization provide quality education for its students, who are the future of the nation. We must raise awareness of the importance of the work performed by the teacher in each of the moments in front of his students. In recent years, it has sought through the normal schools, UPES and CAM, the professionalization of teachers to improve teaching, but there is still much resistance from teachers who do not have training in some of the IFAD. Teaching can reach to devaluate if there is not a true vocation and preparation Therefore, we must rescue and revalue the image society has of the teacher. The heart, the vocation and training should be the current Trivium that teachers should make their own.
