摘要：
This paper describes development and validation of an instrument measuring life-success values related to the domains of both work and personal life. The results (N = 756) from two studies identified six forms of life-success, finding that values of success in work and personal lives were significantly correlated with affective work behaviors. The implications for managing a workforce with varied life-success values are discussed.
