摘要
This article will explain a synthesis of two relevant interpretations, that of Friedrich Hayek and that of Franz Hinkelammert, which seek to understand the contemporary crisis as a totality of its historical, social, political and cultural aspects. They concede the necessary relevance to legal aspects and economic processes, include an analysis of contemporary morality and contain an ethical proposal. Likewise, Hinkelammert incorporates environmental imbalance as one of his central themes. In the second part, a brief analysis is made of participative democratic theories in the last decades by authors such as Dhal, Fromm, Habermas, Held, Macpherson and Pateman. The contribution of the participative democracy experience in Latin American neoconstitutionalism is analyzed from the 1980s to 2007 when the Bolivarian Constitution was approved. Finally, rejection of the conservative concept of participative democracy is shown and its philosophical-political principles are indicated.
