摘要
In this paper, a new class of codes over GF(2) is introduced. The codes have length n = 3/2 . 2(m) (m >= 4), and have a similar 'double inductive' structure to that possessed by the class of GRM and DGRM codes. The new codes are constructed in a way such that their length-to-distance ratio n/d = 2(m) (m >= 3).
