摘要
Enantiomerically pure (2S,3R)- and (2S,3S)-2,3-diaminobutyric acids with Fmoc protected alpha-amino groups and compatibly protected beta-amino groups [(2S,3R)- and (2S,3S)-3-(tert-butoxycarbonyl-amino)-2-(fluoren-9-ylmethoxycarbonylamino)butyric acid] can be prepared in decagram amounts starting from L-threonine and L-allothreonine via the corresponding hydrazides by the Mitsunobu reaction.
