The conditions of the existence or the vibro-rotational effect in liquid He-4 are studied experimentally as a function of the frequency and amplitude of the rotation-exciting vibration velocity and the liquid helium temperature. It is shown that in the range of 80 Hz-1 kHz at frequencies at which the vibro-rotational effect is observed the temperature and amplitude dependences of the angular rotation speed of liquid helium may be described within the currently available theory. The deviations from the theoretical predictions found experimentally are accounted for by the influence of the geometry and mechanical properties of the real device upon the effect observed. It is found that the effect is sensitive to the harmonic number of the exciting vibrations.
