摘要
The topic culture has been studied for many years, and the existing literatures indicate a great variety of concepts that make organizations great sources of survey. MGO, a multinational manufacturing agricultural product, lives constantly with changes in their procedures, in their daily tasks and in the behavior of their collaborators; a relationship in between "novice" and "veterans" that, in some cases, generates conflicts, which can harm the image of the company. Due to it, this study aims at analyzing the organizational culture from the perspective of the leaders of a unit of the MGO Company located in Montenegro/RS. This survey is classified by its procedures, such as literature and case study; regarding to the aims, as descriptive; and regarding to the problem, this research is classified as qualitative. From the analysis of the data collected through interviews semi-structured with leaders from different departments, analysis of documents, participative observation and application of the test to identify the typology of culture, we could identify the culture of the organization and suggest some improvements that can help in the harmony of the organizational atmosphere.
