摘要：
The reliability of contemporary traction motors and the factors which have an effect on them are studied in this paper. The centre of interest of the article is the description of the transformation method of determining the quality of a commutator, the substance of which consists in picking up the current between brushes of the same polarity with the simultaneous gradual rotation of the armature through 360 degrees while feeding the main poles with alternating voltage.
