摘要：

In the context of modern requirements to the personnel training of higher qualification in area of physical culture together with forming of high level of professional preparation in the given sphere the special attention is spared to social essence of physical culture. Consequently, strategic options and maintenance of preparation of specialists having a special purpose change today, including for high school, and also the process of the personnel training in the system of higher professional athletic education on new social purposes reorientation. To this process a general humanism and public humanistic orientation is given.
