摘要：
A chemical electrodeless deposition method has been applied to grow a layered superconducting films of K(x)MoS2. The growth rate of the films has been optimized. Hall-mobility and dc-conductivity measurements have been made in the temperature range 100 to 400 K. The films show a sharp drop in the absorption spectra at 4.5-mu-m and a superconducting transition between 8 and 12 K.
