摘要
The 3 rd conference of the parties of the continent in 1935 was a phase of abandonment of the sectarian line of the "third period" and a new course towards the alliance policy of the Popular Fronts. This sudden political and ideological change caused many cracks and resistances, especially in the bureaucratic apparatus of the parties of the region. The open and reserved resistances of the Latin American communist leaders contradicted the new line of the International, conditioning the oblivion and omission of this conference in the official history of the Comintern. The cominternian bureaucracy of the regional apparatus and consequently of the Argentine Communist Party threatened by the trend of most autonomy of the national parties and gives the greatest resistance to the Popular Front. Initiated by the 3 rd conference and developed in the VII Congress of the CI, its new policy led to the disappearance of the organs of regional bureaucratic control of the CI and then of the IC itself in 1943.
