摘要：

This article shows the construction of a conceptual framework that serves as a first instance for a specific case analysis: development of social technology under the co-construction of knowledge dynamic. In this sense, the analysis of communication processes is seen as the most fertile dimension to the analysis of such practices. The most important conceptual currents that are articulated here go through the decolonial perspective, and the contributions of some of its greatest exponents, also recovers contributions from the political theory of technology and the field of study science, technology and society, to finally present some contributions of critical discourse analysis.
