摘要
The paper presents the application of a methodology of management of technology and innovation in a food company in Armenia - Quindio. The application of the methodology described was performed by technological and innovation profiles, as well as the self-diagnosis tools European Business Centre and Innovation CEEI ALBACETE and Business Innovation Test Catalan Institute of Technology, which served as the basis for identifying major gaps in the company. Then we used the structural analysis proposed, which served to get the key gaps, and thus formulate the action plan with objectives, strategies and projects to close gaps found.
