摘要：
This paper is a brief survey of approaches and achievements in the field of simulational modelling (SM) of flexible manufacturing systems. The main construction stages of a simulational model of a flexible automated manufacturing (FAM) system, methods of analysis and formalization of the modelled objects, and methods of algorithmic program implementation of the constructed models are discussed. The most popular programming languages used to implement simulational models are listed. Information on the use of simulational models in the analysis and design of flexible automated manufacturing systems is presented. A list of publications is given.
