摘要
In contemporary society, in which most women are inserted in the labor market, early childhood education has become an important space for the care, education and socialization of children. Different activities and attitudes should be promoted and made so that they can develop the physical, social, emotional, language and motor skills. But still evident, today, disrespectful behavior of teachers consequences for the emotional development of children from birth to five years of age deserves reflection. In this paper we aim to highlight the importance of the teacher / child for her emotional development occurs in a healthy way. The text is based on the references of psychoanalysis in relation to psychic makeup of the subject, among them Winnicott (1998, 2011); Lacan (1966), Spitz (2004), Melanie Klein (1975, 1986) and Dolto (1998). Data were collected in the second half of 2012 through the observation made by students who attended the 3rd semester of the pedagogy of a private university, located in the west of the city of Sao Paulo during the traineeship binding in rooms Childhood Education in public and private schools.
