摘要
A front-end IC for a 1.1-V, VHF paging receiver is developed. By applying a new low-noise, low-distortion amplifier, it achieves a high sensitivity of -130 dBm and low-intermodulation sensitivity of -20 dBm while consuming only 1.98 mW.
