Frustration with the process of litigation and the delays and expense associated with the court system is leading increasing numbers of businesses to use the technique of alternative dispute resolution to settle commercial problems. In this article, a large U.S. corporation lists 10 major reasons why it has come to rely upon ADR to settle business-to-business disputes.
