摘要
The purpose of this article is to provide students and teachers of translation in the undergraduate program in Executive Secretary a broader view about the teaching/learning approach in this area, first showing theories and procedures on the translation activity and then a didactic sequence is proposed using a business contract as the text genre for practice. Its relevance is due to the fact that a specific approach for teaching translation that fits the needs of the professional executive secretary is necessary, once due to globalization, companies are increasingly expanding their business overseas. In order to do so, they need the intermediation of the professional in the secretariat who is able to perform translations effectively, since an unsuccessful translation could compromise the entire communication and work of an organization. From the proposed lesson plan, it is possible to demonstrate procedures for the teaching/learning of translation which contribute to the strong formation of an executive secretary, specifically in foreign languages and translation, besides showing the transformation of the students. views over translation concepts.
