SHOT-NOISE IN MESOSCOPIC CONDUCTORS WITH ELECTRON-PHONON SCATTERING

摘要
An analytical expression for the quantum shot noise spectrum in small conductors in the presence of electron-optical-phonon interaction is obtained. It is indicated that at zero temperature, the low frequency noise S-0 has a singularity at eV = epsilon, where V is the applied dc voltage and epsilon is the energy of the optical phonon. Furthermore, in addition to the de voltage, when an ac bias is applied, the singularity at eV = epsilon will shift to eV = n (h) over bar Omega, I epsilon +/- n (h) over bar Omega I, where Omega is the frequency of the ac bias and n is an arbitrary integer.
