A 3-month-old infant with a history of meconlum aspiration, coarctation, patent ductus arteriosus, mitral stenosis, aortic stenosis, pulmonary hypertension, and status poet extra-corporeal membrane oxygenation is presented. The patient underwent 33 days of prostaglandin therapy. In view of the infant's critical state and positive urine culture for Candida albicans, a screen for infection was performed with Ga-67 citrate.
