摘要
Indirect liquor heating shows the potential for a 2.5% increase in firing solids, a 0.5% increase in steam production and a 1% higher reduction efficiency, all at the same firing rate. A 25% increase in superheater area, along with indirect liquor heating, would enable a 7% increase in solids firing rate at a given boiler bank inlet temperature. This assumes that 7% more air is available and that the precipitator can handle the increased dust load.
