摘要：
The purpose of this study is to determine the application of e -government in public services through the online tax system (e -tax) in Gorontalo City. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. This qualitative research process involves important efforts, such as asking questions and procedures, collecting data, and interpreting the meaning of data. The application of EGovernment in public services through the online tax system (E-Tax) in Gorontalo City has been running quite optimally. This refers to Presence, Interaction, Transaction and Transformation.
