摘要：

The article is devoted the conceptual basis of the private methods of teaching "Theory of State and Law" with the Latin terminology and phraseology. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the impact of the considered private methods on the effectiveness of the learning process of students and trainees in universities of the Ministry of internal affairs of Russia.
