THE AIDS THREAT TO SOUTHEAST ASIANS AND UNITED-STATES MILITARY PERSONNEL

In keeping with our activist origins and continuing desire to provide information that will help our readers speak out and act on issues of importance, BCAS has started this special section to publicize events, issues, movements, organizations, and actions relating to the various forms of injustice that BCAS seeks to combat—particularly imperialism, oppression, exploitation, poverty, and destruction of the environment. Reports submitted should be relatively short (about 250–1,000 words) description and analysis, but they may include calls for action and organizational contacts.
