PREPARATION OF A TL-BASED SUPERCONDUCTOR BY A HYDROTHERMAL METHOD

摘要
A Tl-based superconductor with T(c) onset near 95 K and zero resistance at 65 K has been prepared by a hydrothermal method. X-ray powder diffraction studies showed that al least two superconducting phases of 2201 and 2212 were included in the sample. It was found that the amount of H2O2 and BaO in the reaction system could affect the formation of the superconducting phases.
