摘要
In this paper. we are concerned with the development of an inversion procedure which applies to a quite general class of electromagnetic and acoustic probing problems and is distinguished by its simplicity in numerical implementation. The basic idea is to combine the distorted Born approximation inversion with the successive correction of resulting estimates via an iteration process. The effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated by the numerical simulation of two experiments in electromagnetic probing of a radially inhomogeneous cylinder in free space involving complex amplitude measurements for a finite set of polarization states or frequencies of the probing field.
