摘要
Certain techniques of animal production impair natural cycles and cause environmental problems. Examples are the production of methane in the rumen of cattle and the extremely high content of nitrogen and phosphates in the feces of livestock. Essential improvements can be reached if experiences gained in the field of nutritional physiology are consequently applied.
