The Contribution of E-Learning for Development of College Students

摘要
The purpose of this study was to identify the contribution of e-learning to college students development, as these often need knowledge and technical skills required by the labor market, complementary to those developed at the University. This research is justified by the large number of students enrolled in universities and for being a young public acquainted to new technologies. We realized a descriptive research with quantitative and qualitative approaches, with students of a business administration course. The data was collected by a questionnaire mostly with closed questions. The results the research showed that e-learning is a course mode used by students as an alternative way of acquiring knowledge. It is interesting to highlight that they believe there is much bias towards e-learning compared to traditional methods of training and development.
