摘要
We start from the assumption that Japan political transition from the LDP to the DPJ generated the hope of change in Japanese society, as well as in regional neighbors and Japan Western allies. The statements of Ichiro Ozawa arose uncertainty by the radical of his speech, however there is no signs of political leadership of this Party evidencing a change and a well define project. While DPJ has maintained leadership, the Party has been plagued by internal disagreements and crises. The recent crisis unleashed after Japan's triple catastrophe showed the disintegration inside the Party and the lack of agreements between its own members, showing that this single change has brought more of the same.
