Social Pedagogy and Applied Research. Approach to a Decade of Work of Universities in Galicia

The article presents the six key elements of applied research projects in the reality of local Galician between 2001 and 2011. All of the projects emerged from the work conducted by the SEPA (Social Education and Environmental Education) research group, at the University of Santiago de Compostela in partnership with various entities, including in the cases analyzed, municipalities, provincial governments, the City of Culture of Galicia Foundation and the Northwest Atlantic Axis. There is also a reflection on experiences regarding the potentials and limitations of this type of research.
