摘要
This research paper shows the results of the research project "Characterization of internal and external motivation factors associated to organizational behavior of teachers in the dentistry program of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia, Medellin branch", funded by the National Committee of Research, subscribed to the Neuroscience and Cognition Group of the Faculty of Psychology of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. The study was aimed towards understanding the teachers' internal and external motivational factors based on formulations adequate for quantitative research with parameters from co-relational descriptive studies; these imply field work activity in the application of analysis instruments such as the Work Motivation Questionnaire (cmt). Based on the results, we propose a series of thoughts that may be applied in other areas or disciplines inside the institution.
