摘要
The globalization phenomenon pressures companies into the complex undertaking of the development of strategies for their internationalization. Sometimes internationalization seeks opening new markets, in other cases its goals are lowering production and distribution costs. As a result, any company seeking to participate in an internationalization process must answer the following questions: Why do we want to go global? What's the process that must be followed? How do you do it? Where are we going to operate? (Galan, Galende, Gonzalez, 2000). From these questions the current literature research shows the procedure to be followed by companies wishing to operate worldwide.
