摘要：
The present paper suggests a variety of means by which medical work in hospitals can be organised along more professional lines. In the future it is essential that holistic, psychosomatic-oriented working practices and efficiency control go hand in hand. In particular this must include the introduction of a general practitioner - similar to family practitioners - as the primary contact for all inpatients.
