摘要
The article presents the analysis of the modern state of the problem of decision-making motivation by a personality of a professional. The essence of the concept of. motivation. is revealed-it is considered as a process of person's activity determination, motive to act or decision-making activity. The author also presents the sustentative aspect of the concept of. motive. according to domestic and foreign scientists as well as its main functions (motivation function, directional, sense-forming and others). The analysis of motive as a desire to act and its main function-participation in the formation of the readiness for activity, its direction, selection of tools, methods, place and time of action-is also considered in the paper. Mutual transitions of properties and motives of a personality, who makes a decision, are distinguished. Stable continuums of personality's properties, which take part in a process of decision-making, are introduced: rigidity-impulsivity, proneness to risk-far-sightedness, uncertainty-independence, adventurism reasonableness. Besides, the author reveals the features of a specific and unspecific motivation of making smart decisions. The concept content of the. type of act. in respect to impulsive and reflexive and volitional decisions is determined. It is demonstrated that impulsive decisions are characterized by minimal consideration of variants and consequences of acts, and volitional decisions are characterized by the analysis of possible ways of achieving a goal. Among other things, external factors, which complicate the decision-making process, are described. The article also presents the description of the decision-making specificity depending on qualitative changes in the algorithm and conditions of decision-making. The author also considers the characteristics of decisions of all types (emotional, cognitive and volitional) in case of external changes in decision-making process.
