BUDGETARY ENTROPY: THE ROLE OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS IN ENABLING SUSTAINABLE FAMILY CREDIT

The goal of the text below is to reflect on the importance of an accurate analysis by financial institutions at granting personal loans to consumers. It starts with the realization that contemporary society is molded to the inveterate consumption of products and services, most of the times in the acquisition of low or no critical need items, increasing household debt by the extremely easy access to bank credit, especially through credit cards and forms of consumer credit. We investigated about the directed role to the financial in order to inhibit or mitigate the budgetary entropy under detailed investigation of the real debt capacity of the borrower.
