LEARNING STYLES AND INTELLIGENCE IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FROM AREQUIPA, PERU

摘要：
In this research we try to settle the relationship between learning styles and intelligence in university students. In order to that purpose, we took a sample of 467 students from a private university located in Arequipa, and we applied Learning Styles Inventory of Kolb and Progressive Matrix Test of Raven. The results indicate that exist an association between accommodating style and low level of intelligence, so as assimilating style was related to high level of intelligence. Diverging learning style was present in the sample, independently of the intellectual capability.
