Trade Union moderation during the Spanish transition: corporation or class interest?

we have studied macro economic context in the Spanish transition, the early 80s, collective bargaining agreements, relating all of it with of union density index. Between 1977-1988 we have found an economic policy guided by the State, with the approval of the unions, and for employers. This has consequences in the working conditions if it is take salaries as guideline,and legal and financial benefits for the trade unions. Data shows a relation between unions' behaviour, working conditions and union's density index.
