摘要：
The presented paper deals with the position of project culture in the framework of project-oriented society. It defines the project culture and stresses the importance of project culture for the successful implementation of the project management philosophy; furthermore it analyses current state of project culture in project-oriented societies in the Czech Republic and it evaluates the found data.
