摘要
The action principle in quantum mechanics is examined from a novel point of view with specifical emphasis on phase functions. The generalized transition amplitude can be expressed by exponentiation of the quantum action which is called Schrodinger's phase. Physically speaking, the Schrodinger phase represents a measure of "quantum inaccuracy" which one inevitably encounters whenever one considers approximate solutions of the quantum equation.
