摘要：

This article presents a synthesis of the literary criticism known as Reader-Response. It also offers the theoretical views of the german critic Wolfgang Iser, an important representative of such a critical approach. Finally it shows how Carmen Lyra's Cuentos de mi Tia Panchita serves as a literary text that illustrates and explores such theoretical views.
