First Conference on "Internet, Law and Politics: the Transformations of Law and Politics in the Information Society"

The first conference on "Internet, Law and Politics (ILP): the transformations of law and politics in the information society" took place the 17th, 18th and 19th March 2005 in the headquarters of the Centre d'Estudis Juridics i Formacio Especialitzada (CEJFE). The main sessions of the conference were the following: coordination and exchange of date between administrations, juditial power and new technologies, digital democracy, responsability of Internet suppliers, penal law and ICT, treatment of personal data, fiscality in the Internet, consumer protection in the electronic commerce and intellectual property and free speech in the net.
