摘要：
This article intends to discuss the importance of personal archives as documentary and cultural heritage as well as their use as both source and object of academic researches. Thus, by the analysis of the individual's place in historiographical production, which has brought historians to a closer look on archives and the peculiarities that constitute them, these also bring a new look on aspects of personal and intellectual owner which corroborates with other forms of history writing.
